Body Reboot Class

Body Reboot class is a strength and conditioning fitness class designed by a physical therapist to help you keep your body healthy. The class is specifically designed to prevent back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle/foot pain WHILE making you stronger, and more mobile.

Great for all levels and ages, you will work up a sweat in this class whether you are a seasoned athlete or someone completely new to fitness.
