Physical Therapist-led group fitness - discover the difference

Our physical therapist-led fitness classes are designed by a physical therapist with injury prevention and health optimization in mind. These classes are perfect for you if you:

  • Have a "trick" knee/shoulder or that stiff achy back but you want to stay active or start getting active again and are afraid of getting injured in a fitness class.
  • You feel great right now but you wonder if there is something more you could be doing to keep feeling good and prevent future injury in your sport or life activities.
  • Want to work out in a fun, upbeat environment, get toned AND prevent injury.
  • Don't want to get lost in the crowd (our class sizes are capped at 10 participants so everyone can get guidance from the instructor).
